Remove dictionary and legal page conflict (#563)

Dictionary: "A 🤔 game developed using LÖVE."
Legal page: "TECHMINO is not a fan game of Tetris."

This commit edits the dictionary to follow the legal page into:
"A block stacker game developed using LÖVE."
